Model United Nations – Celebrating Global Unity, Peace & Diplomacy!

Vardhman Academy, Railway Road, Meerut, organised an engaging Model United Nations (MUN) conducted by the students of Classes XI and XII (Humanities).
The event provided a dynamic platform for young delegates to step into the roles of representatives of different nations and deliberate upon pressing global issues. Through thought-provoking discussions, debates and diplomatic negotiations, students showcased their understanding of international relations, global challenges and the importance of collective decision-making.
The MUN offered students an enriching opportunity to enhance their critical thinking, public speaking, leadership, research and negotiation skills. It also encouraged them to appreciate diverse perspectives, understand global concerns and recognise the importance of international cooperation and peaceful dialogue.
More than just a classroom activity, the event was a valuable experiential learning opportunity that brought diplomacy into action, inspiring students to think beyond borders and work towards a future built on peace, equality and mutual respect.
Principal Ms. Rupali Chaudhary, in her motivational address, encouraged the participants to broaden their horizons, respect diverse viewpoints and develop the qualities of responsible global citizens. She inspired them to become confident, thoughtful and compassionate individuals who can contribute meaningfully to society and the world.
