Skill Enhancement Day | Learning Beyond Classrooms
At Vardhman Academy, Skill Enhancement Day provided our young learners with a wonderful opportunity to explore, experience, create, and grow through a blend of scientific activities and wellness practices.

SCIENCE ACTIVITIES | CLASSES I - V
The day came alive with curiosity and excitement as students participated in thoughtfully designed, experiential Science activities:
Class I - Types of Houses: Students creatively depicted Kutcha and Pucca Houses, identifying the materials used in their construction.
Class II - Seasons on Coloured Paper: Students explored different seasons through colourful drawings, showcasing seasonal scenery, objects, clothing, and nature.
Class III - Science Charades: "Act & Guess"
Students brought science-related words and concepts to life through creative acting, enhancing their understanding while developing confidence and communication skills.
Class IV - Science Carnival
Through engaging role plays at different Science Stations, students explored fascinating concepts related to Teeth & Microbes, Clothes We Wear, How Plants Make Their Food, Force & Energy.
Class V - Meet the Great Scientists
Students worked collaboratively to prepare creative chart presentations on renowned scientists and their remarkable contributions, inspiring them to appreciate the wonders and possibilities of scientific discovery.

YOGA SESSION | CLASSES I–V
Adding a dimension of physical and mental well-being to the day, students enthusiastically participated in a rejuvenating Yoga Session. Through various asanas, breathing exercises, and stretches, they experienced the importance of flexibility, balance, concentration, discipline, and inner calm.
These enriching experiences nurtured not only scientific temperament and creativity, but also teamwork, communication, confidence, mindfulness, and a healthy lifestyle.
