World Book Day Celebration

World Book Day is celebrated every year on April,23rd to promote reading, publishing, and the love for books. It is a special occasion to honour authors, illustrators, and the important role books play in our lives. Books are not just a source of knowledge - they also inspire imagination, creativity, and understanding.
On this occasion, a special class activity titled "Book Mark / Recycled Bag Making was organized at Vardhman Academy, Railway Road, Meerut for the students of Classes III to V. Book Mark activity encouraged creativity and promote the habit of reading by designing personalized book markers that students can use to keep track of their reading journey. While Recycled Bag Making activity encouraged students with an opportunity to showcase their imagination and artistic abilities.
Principal Ms. Rupali Chaudhary appreciated the students. She said: "It was truly heartwarming to witness the creativity and enthusiasm of our students during both the activities. These activities not only allowed children to explore their artistic talents but also instilled in them a sense of responsibility towards reading and the environment."
Together, we can make reading a joyful habit that lasts a lifetime.
