Debate Competition for Classes IX and X

In the age of information, ignorance is a choice. And in the age of surveillance, privacy is a power."
With this powerful thought, our school Vardhman Academy, Railway Road, Meerut hosted an exhilarating Debate Competition for Classes IX and X one of the relevant topics “Data Privacy is more important than National Security.”
The atmosphere in the hall was charged with energy as our participants stepped forward with eloquence and conviction. The participants in the favour argued passionately for the motion, emphasizing how safeguarding personal data is the true essence of freedom. On the other hand, the participants presented their views reminding everyone “A nation’s security is the shield without which privacy is but an illusion.”
Every argument was like a spark—some igniting thoughts, some igniting counter-thoughts. The audience witnessed a battle of logic, wit, and persuasion where students proved “Debating isn’t about victory, it’s about opening minds.”
The results were announced gracefully. The First Position was grabbed by Shreya Jain (Class IX-C ) and Parineeti Mittal (Class IX-B). Second Position holder was Aarush (Class X-A) and the Third Position was bagged by Akshay Kumar (Class X-E)
Our Respected Principal, Mrs. Rupali Chaudhary congratulated and appreciated all the participants. She applauded their clarity of thoughts and courage to express their points of view. Her words of encouragement inspired students as well as the teachers to embrace critical thinking as a lifelong skill.
