Freedom gave us wings, and the constitution gave us direction. The 77th Republic Day was celebrated in our school, Vardhman Academy, Railway Road, Meerut with unparalleled fervour and patriotic enthusiasm. The celebration began with the unfurling of the tricolour by our honorable Secretary Sir, President Sir and our highly revered members of the Managing committee along with Principal, Vice Principal, staff members and students. As the flag ascended, the national anthem resonated with great elation and Pride. The glimpse of the celebration was an eloquent speech by Tripti Malik. She emphasized in her speech on the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters instilling a sense of gratitude towards them.The dance performance was worth seeing. It was thought provoking as it described the pivotal moments in India's journey towards becoming Republic. The patriotic song was sung by the school chorus that filled the air with the spirit of nationalism.Our esteemed Principal Ms. Rupali Chaudhary, in her address exhorted the students to preserve the hard won freedom and to work tirelessly by building a stronger, more prosperous and harmonious India. The address by our respected President sir encouraged everyone to cherish the values of a great Nation and share responsibilities as its citizens. The words of our highly respected Secretary sir, motivated us. The celebration was testament to schools and unwavering commitment to foster a sense of national pride and unity among the students. The event concluded with the vote of thanks and fervent appeal to strive hard and work tirelessly bright future for self and our motherland.
